Sap, juice, tears, blood,
/ urine, semen,
saliva, milk,
/ egg white, egg yolk,
liquor amnii —
/ all the liquids
squeezed out of us,
/ salty or not,
clear or sluggish,
/ trembling or flat.

Feet cupped in hands,
/ cradled, & rinsed.
